How to Install mxallowd software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

mxallowd software package provides Anti-Spam-Daemon using nolisting/iptables, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install mxallowd

mxallowd is installed in your system.

Make ensure the mxallowd package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep mxallowd *

You will get with mxallowd package name, version, architecture and description in a table
